Graduated from the Dnipro Metallurgical Institute with a degree in ferrous and non-ferrous metal foundry (1980), Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy with a degree in law (1998), and Dnipro National University with a degree in psychology (2005).
He defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.04 - Economics and Management of Enterprises (by type of economic activity), thesis topic: "Integral assessment of management personnel for making personnel decisions at industrial enterprises" (2009).
He has been working at the Department of Management and Administration since 2001.
