Meeting of the Academic Council of NNI DMetI: Honoring the Best and Strategic Decisions

On October 27, 2026, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the Education and Research Institute "Dniprovsky Institute of Metallurgy" (NNI DMetI) took place. The working session began on an celebratory note, recognizing the achievements of the staff in honor of Education Workers' Day. The institute's finest faculty members and staff were awarded certificates of merit for their high professionalism, dedication, and significant contributions to the development of domestic science and higher education.

Results and Outlook: The second item on the agenda focused on summarizing the results of the 2026 admissions campaign and outlining strategic prospects for the 2027 admissions campaign. Members of the Academic Council analyzed this year's student enrollment figures, highlighted successful career guidance initiatives, and defined key tasks and objectives for attracting prospective students in the upcoming year.

The meeting was held in a format of constructive dialogue, and the decisions made will contribute to the further development of the institute and strengthen its position in the educational services market.

THE UniLibNSD INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE WAS HELD

On October 8–9, 2026, the 11th International Conference “UNIVERSITY LIBRARY AT A NEW STAGE OF SOCIAL COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT” was held at our university’s research library. The main theme of

the 2026 conference was “Rethinking the Knowledge Ecosystem: Libraries in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.”
