1962 - Graduated from Kyiv Politechnic Institute.

1969 - Defended  his PhD thesis “Investigations and creation of collets and fingers lathe automatics”(Kiev, KPI.).

1984 - Defended his doctoral thesis "The synthesis of clamping mechanisms of bar automatics" (Moscou, МHТC named N.E.Bauman).

1985 – 1987 - Ipasumi the dutes of the Professor of Department "Machine tools and Equipment of Elastic Product Systems (EPS) KPI.

1987 - Awarded the title of  the Professor of Department  "Мachine tools and Equipment of Elastic Product Systems (EPS) KPI.

Scientific activity

Founder and research Director for the innovative synthesis of new machines generation and their mechanisms. The main directions of scientific school: first, the synthesis and analysis of the clamping mechanisms, devices automatic manipulation of various objects and technological equipment; second, the creation of machines and machine-tool complexes of new generation on modular principle, including mechanisms of parallel structure; thirdly, the methodology of scientific-technical creativity (creatology) and intellectual property; fourth, genetic and evolutionary synthesis of  human systems of type “object” and “process”. Prepared 9 doctors and 43 candidates of Sciences. Author of over 1000 scientific publications, including 65 books (monographs, handbooks, textbooks, reviews), more than 400 inventions, useful models, industrial samples, certificates on authors rights, 2 the Standards of USSR. Participant of International fairs and exhibitions in Ukraine, Germany, Bulgaria, Poland and South Korea.

The author of the first in the USSR semi-automatic machine for bruiting diamonds model SAD-1K. Three times winner of Ukrainian contest “Best invention of the year”, winner of the Gold medal “Outstanding inventor” of The world Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO”.
