Scientific Seminar and Dissertation Presentation: Advancing Management Systems for Industrial Sustainability

In April 2026, a scientific seminar was held under the chairmanship of Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, V.M. Tarasevych. The seminar featured the public presentation of scientific findings from the doctoral dissertation of postgraduate student Vasyl Anatoliiovych Riabtsev, prepared under the supervision of Professor D.Ye. Kozenkov (PhD in Economics).

The research, titled "Corporate partnership in the system of ensuring sustainable development of an industrial enterprise", submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Specialty 073 – Management, addresses the critical need for transforming management systems within Ukraine's industrial sector under contemporary conditions.

During the discussion, the scientific novelty of the work was highlighted, specifically the development of a scenario-adaptive multi-criteria model for evaluating partnership tools and the construction of a mechanism that integrates internal HR processes with external stakeholder engagement.
Key conclusions from the seminar emphasized that:
•    The dissertation is a completed, independent study that resolves a significant scientific and applied task regarding the development of corporate partnership systems at a high academic level.
•    The quality of illustrative materials and the terminological clarity of the presentation confirm the candidate’s maturity as an established researcher.

The seminar concluded with a unanimous decision that the work fully complies with the requirements of Order No. 40 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and CMU Resolution No. 44. Consequently, the dissertation was officially recommended for defense before a one-time specialized academic council.
