The faculty " Wheeled and Tracked Transport Means " is based in April, 2004 as a result of branch from faculty " Machines and units of metallurgical manufacture ".
Pedagogical potential of the chair - 7 persons, among them: one professor, 3 associate professors, 2 senior teachers, 1 assistant.
Material recourses.
Classroom and laboratory accommodation for students' classes;
A laboratory " Engines of Wheeled and Tracked Transport Means" is used for studying the structure of internal combustion engines, their regulation and diagnostics.
A laboratory of "Exploitation of Wheeled and Tracked Transport Means" is used for studying the structure of the vehicles, their maintenance and exploitation.
A laboratory of "Diagnostics of Wheeled and Tracked Transport Means" is used for studying means of fault detection of hubs and machine parts.
A laboratory of "Electric-hydro-pneumatic circuit "is used for studying the structure and work of various types of circuits.
During the studying process students work at 2 inter- department computer classes.
